8.9 Magnitude Earthquake Hits Japan, Tsunami Warning for Hawaii Video

Tokyo (CNN) — The most powerful earthquake to hit Japan in at least 100 years unleashed walls of water Friday that swept across rice fields, engulfing towns, dragging houses onto highways and tossing cars and boats like toys.

Local media reported at least 50 deaths, with more casualties feared.

It also sparked fires in at least 80 locations, Kyodo news reported.

Its epicenter was offshore 373 kilometers (231 miles) away from Tokyo, the United States Geological Survey said.source

Scientists Prove Staring At Breasts Can Help You Live Longer!

Guys, listen up. A study says it is actually healthy to stare at a woman’s breasts. Five-hundred men participated in the German study. Half were told to refrain from looking at breasts for five years, the other half were told to ogle them daily. The study found the men who stared at breasts more often showed lower rates of heart problems, a lower resting heart rate and lower blood pressure. The authors of the study recommend that men stare at breasts for 10 minutes a day.

Steve Stoute’s Open Letter to the Grammy’s
jayz-and-steve-stoute

In Sunday’s Style section of the New York Times music/ad mogul Steve Stoute addresses some the Grammy’s questionable voting decisions that had everyone mumbling at this year’s ceremony. Here are his words from the full page ad:

Over the course of my 20-year history as an executive in the music business and as the owner of a firm that specializes in in-culture advertising, I have come to the conclusion that the Grammy Awards have clearly lost touch with contemporary popular culture. My being a music fan has left me with an even greater and deeper sense of dismay — so much so that I feel compelled to write this letter. Where I think that the Grammys fail stems from two key sources: (1) over-zealousness to produce a popular show that is at odds with its own system of voting and (2) fundamental disrespect of cultural shifts as being viable and artistic.
